My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were adequate with cupboards and drawers, but cleanliness was an issue as I found hair on the bed, many carpet stains, and a bad odor in the bathroom. The service was good, especially the friendly staff and breakfast availability. The location, while convenient across from the bus station for side tours, was not ideal for easy access to the historical center. The dining experience was decent with a reasonable selection, although the use of disposable plates was a downside.
